In this class we will break down the basic moves of hooping while having fun and getting exercise! We will learn basic chest, hip and leg moves, basic off body moves, isolations, and sustained spinning. We will learn body awareness in the hoop and learn body isolations. You will practice moving with the hoop as you begin to discover your dance. This is a fun, lighthearted, meditative and playful class! Hoops will be provided if you don't already have one.
